About Me
I strive to help clients navigate spaces where various aspects of their lives, both personal and structural, intersect. I believe it is important to think critically about what it truly means to be healthy, happy and well. My goal as a therapist is to support you in feeling more conscious, aware, and empowered. You are the expert of your own life, and I aim to work with you in finding clarity, restoration and most importantly, healing.
